Living in a Land and Time of Conspiracies

TOUGH TIMES

It seems like each of us goes through tough times, from time to time. Times when things don’t go our way. Times when those around us seem to disagree with our actions, our thoughts, our actions. And, in this era with phones, computers, and other electronic devices, we seem to have more exposure to everyone’s thoughts and feelings. In general, we have become more aware of how our family, friends, and associates feel and react to their circumstances.

THEY ARE ALL OUT TO GET ME

There are times when it seems like everyone is ganging up on you, that everyone is against you. In the olden days, when my boys were younger, and times seemed tough, I’d tell my boys: “They are all out to get me. Even the ones that aren’t out to get me are out to get me.”

CONSPIRACIES ARE EVERYWHERE

It seems like many people feel that other people, governments, and businesses are conspiring to get them to change their behavior, their actions, their purchases, and their emotions. And the term “conspiracy” gets tossed out. People all around us are conspiring to get us, and to get us good.

CONSPIRACY DEFINED

When I look at the definition of the word “conspiracy,” located at https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/conspiracies, The Merriam Webster dictionary assures me that the word “conspiracy” has the following meanings, but I can assure you that I think they are conspiring to shape how I think about the word:

• the act of conspiring together; They were accused of conspiracy to commit murder.
• an agreement among conspirators; uncovered a conspiracy against the government
• a group of conspirators; a conspiracy made up of disgruntled aristocrats

SELF INTERESTS

Each individual has a tendency to act in their own self-interest, whether you deem their actions or thoughts to be right or wrong, based on their current circumstances, information, and knowledge. When they see options, potential choices, they weigh their individual needs or desires against those options and potential choices, and then they take action based on those current preferences.

SIMILAR INTERESTS

People then tend to align themselves with or agree with other people or groups of people that have similar self interests, whether right or wrong. Most people prefer to hang out with people that have similar interests because they can develop and explore their common interests. But, even in these groups, there will always be points of disagreement.

CONSPIRACIES

So, if their interests, thoughts, or desires don’t align with yours, then they may conspire against you, to ignore your interests, thoughts, or desires that don’t align with theirs. They are, indeed, all out to get you. If you’re not careful and let your guard down, they may even try to change the way you think, and suck you in, and make you behave, act, and think like they do.

THEY ARE ALL RIGHT

Each group will think that they are right or correct, and that everyone else is wrong. They’ll have the documentation, the science, the experts to prove that they are right or correct and that the other group is wrong.

THEY ARE ALL WRONG

The other group will always be wrong. They’ll be stupid heads. They’ll be listening to the unqualified experts, the uncertified morons, they won’t be listening to the science, or the leaders of the day. They’ll be wrong, and they are the enemy or the enema or both.

THEY WILL PLOT

They are all plotting to get you, and change you. I can assure you. They have carefully foreseen the future, and have planned complex scenarios and schemes to change the way you think. And, I suppose, they are using 5G to do it, but I can’t prove it. The warning signs are everywhere.

ONE OBJECTIVE

They all have one goal, one objective, one hope, and one plan: to get inside your head, your food, your water, your blood stream, and change the way you think, behave, and feel. I can assure you that they are focused entirely on you, and they spend their time and resources trying to control you. They are everywhere.

ONE HOPE

You only have one hope or plan to stop them. You have to align with the other, stronger group, and give them your time, your money and resources, and they’ll help stop them. It’ll take time, and a lot of money. And, I do mean a lot of money, but they’ll eventually get the job done, and then you’ll all think the same and be in agreement.

SHUT IT DOWN

If all else fails, shut it down. Wall yourself off. Turn off the TV, radio, magazines, 3g, 4g, 5g, WiFi, internet, ethernet, electric, water, sewer, and air supply, and avoid all of them. Because, that’s how they are going to get you. You know. And, if you don’t want to shut any of it off, come see me, because I have devices and software that you can put in your immediate surroundings to protect you from all of those harmful sources, and they all cost just $99.99 each, plus shipping and handling of course.

MAYBE NOT

I guess it’s a possibility that they aren’t all out to get you. That they just have their own thoughts, their own desires, and their own interests, and they are just acting on them. But, that’s probably just silly talk, and part of my conspiracy to change your mind.

COERCION OR FORCE

I suppose that coercion or force becomes the ultimate in final steps, and that’s when you know they are really out to get you. When one group finally says that they will take your life, your time, your freedoms, your money, your liberty, and your property, if you don’t think and behave the way they want you to. If that ever happens, then you know for sure they were out to get you, even the ones that weren’t out to get you. Then, you’ll know you’re right and have peace of mind.

COERCION, NOT CONSPIRACY

In my mind, we don’t live in a time of mass conspiracies, as we have always lived with unaligned interests, and they’ve always been out to shape and change our minds. Nothing is new under the sun. But, I do believe we live in a time of coercion, where people want others to behave the way they want them to. Wear your mask, get your shots, stay six feet apart, avoid groups larger than three people, and all the other nonsense. To me, the problem is that they want to force or coerce you to behave a certain way.

ME

So, they are all out to get you, even the ones that aren’t out to get you. But, you really just need to keep an eye out on the ones that want to force or coerce you.
